Please note that we are a small guesthouse with only 17 rooms and we hold the space for you to enjoy time with us. Once you arrive, there are no refunds for early departures.

ALL GUESTS MUST BE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD.

SMOKING

All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is allowed in designated outside areas. There is a $150 cleaning fee charge if smoking occurs in rooms.

POOL TOWELS

Must remain on property or if taken off property, must be returned to you your room. If not returned to your room, a $35 fee will be charged.

​RATES

All rates based on single or double occupancy. Additional $30 extra per night per person in rooms that can accommodate more than two guests will apply. (Maximum 4 persons in select rooms, Rooms 12, 14, 15, 16, 17.)

PETS

We are animal lovers too, but please refrain from bringing animals with you during your stay. Animals are not allowed on property except service dogs. Please provide documentation for service dogs. Thank you.

HOTEL DEFAULT CANCELLATION

Special terms and restrictions may apply, all clarified at time of reservation.

Cancellation Policy may be 60, 30, or 14 days depending on the time of stay. Cancellations prior to policy date allows for a full refund of deposit minus $30.00 cancellation fee. If less than policy date, deposit is forfeit. If a reservation length is changed inside the cancellation policy, there will be a $75 change fee.

No refunds for early departures once a guest has check in to the guesthouse.

CHECK-IN & DEPARTURE

Check-in at 3:00 pm. Check-out is at 11am. Special arrangements for arrivals after 8:00 pm. Please let front desk know if arriving late.

Free Local and Toll-Free calls. Long Distance calls will require a Phone Card or Collect. Free Wi Fi access is available throughout property.

1. Inclusivity and Respect:

• We celebrate diversity in all its forms. Please be respectful and considerate of fellow participants, embracing the uniqueness of each individual.
• Any form of discrimination, harassment, or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.

2. Respect for Venues and Vendors:

• As guests at the venues and with the vendors hosting Gaycation XSCAPE EVENTS, respect is not optional—it is mandatory.
• Treat the venue and vendor staff with courtesy and kindness. Their hospitality is crucial to the success of our events.
• Follow all venue and vendor rules and guidelines. Any violations may result in removal from the event without a refund.
• Be mindful of the property, equipment, and any provided amenities. Any damage may result in charges and further actions.
• Remember that we are representatives of the LGBTQ+ community, and our behavior reflects on the entire community. Let’s leave a positive impression!

3. Consent and Boundaries:

• Always seek explicit consent before engaging in any physical contact with others.
• Respect personal boundaries and communicate openly with others about comfort levels.

4. Alcohol and Substance Use:

• If alcohol is provided at the event, you must consume responsibly and within your limits; Gaycation.net is not liable for your consumption or decisions. 
• It is your responsibility to consume alcohol at your own risk and within moderation.
• Be aware of your alcohol tolerance and know when to stop. Overconsumption may pose health risks and compromise the safety and enjoyment of the event for yourself and others.
• If you choose to drink, it is your responsibility to manage your consumption and to use designated drivers or alternative transportation methods.
• Adhere to the resort’s policies regarding alcohol consumption and other substances.
• Drink responsibly and be mindful of others’ comfort levels.

5. Photography and Social Media:

• Respect the privacy of others. Do not take photos or videos without explicit consent.
• Posting or dispersing of any media without all parties’ consent is prohibited.
• Use discretion when sharing content on social media to protect the privacy of fellow participants.

6. Clothing-Optional Areas:

• Some event venues may have clothing-optional areas. Participation in these areas is entirely optional.
• Respect the choices of others regarding clothing. No shaming or judgment will be tolerated.

7. Sexual Conduct:

• We acknowledge that sexual expression is a natural part of human life. However, please be mindful that each event venue may have specific rules and guidelines regarding sexual behavior.
• Be aware and respect the venue’s policies and guidelines related to sexual conduct.
• Understand that while we celebrate freedom and diversity, there is a time and place for sexual expression. Be considerate of your surroundings and fellow participants.

8. Event Schedule:

• Stay informed about the event schedule and any updates communicated by event organizers.
• Arrive on time for scheduled activities to maximize your enjoyment.

9. Emergency Procedures:

• Familiarize yourself with the resort’s emergency procedures and evacuation routes.
• Report any safety concerns promptly to event organizers or resort staff.

10. Health and Well-being:

• Prioritize your health and well-being. If you’re not feeling well, please seek assistance and consider the well-being of others.

11. Compliance with Laws:

• Abide by all local laws and regulations.
• Report any illegal activities to event organizers or resort staff immediately.

12. Event Organizer Contact:

• Save the contact information of event organizers for assistance during the event.

13. Non-Compliance and Consequences:

• Gaycation XSCAPE EVENTS is committed to fostering a safe and inclusive environment for all participants. Failure to comply with the event policies outlined above may result in consequences to ensure the well-being and enjoyment of all attendees. Participants are expected to adhere to the following non-compliance policies:
  • Removal from Event: Non-compliance may lead to immediate removal without a refund. Event organizers and Resort staff reserve the right to make this decision based on the severity of the infraction.
  • Bans from Future Events: At the discretion of the Gaycation.net Team, participants may be banned from attending future events organized by Gaycation XSCAPE EVENTS.
  • Legal Action: Engaging in illegal activities or repeated and severe violations of event policies may result in legal action being taken against the individual. Legal action will be based on the severity of the violation.

Participants are responsible for their conduct, and any actions that violate the event policies will be addressed promptly and decisively. The decision of the event organizers, resort, vendors, or suppliers in matters of non-compliance is final.

By participating in Gaycation XSCAPE EVENTS, you acknowledge and agree to these non-compliance policies and the potential consequences outlined above. We appreciate your commitment to creating a positive and respectful atmosphere for everyone involved.

Any behavior that violates venue rules makes others uncomfortable, or is deemed inappropriate may result in removal from the event without a refund.
